Is the world’s worst fan at the Ohio State-Penn State game?

Have you ever gone to a baseball game and saw someone there rocking some random player’s jersey from another team or a hat from some team not playing in the game?
It’s weird, right? Sometimes it can make sense given the right scenario, but it’s still odd.
During Penn State-Ohio State Saturday night, we’re not sure what this fan is really doing. Keep in mind, the Nittany Lions are having a White Out as well:

Notre Dame is playing Stanford Saturday night while Ohio State is playing Penn State. So, what gives? If you’re that big of a fan enough to wear a Notre Dame shirt to a White Out, why aren’t you watching the Fighting Irish?
Some things just don’t make sense.
