It’s been two years since he transferred to Ohio State, but ESPN still insists on sharing images of Justin Fields in a Georgia uniform

There is allegedly a bias by ESPN against Ohio State. And now the ‘Worldwide Leader’ is potentially taking a dig at Buckeye Nation.
A graphic used by the network on Wednesday featured Fields, the Ohio State quarterback who is a candidate for the Heisman. Nothing to see here, right? Wrong.
While it may seem pretty harmless, the image ESPN used of Fields during Wednesday night’s broadcast of the Cheez-It Bowl was of the QB from his lone season at Georgia. He’s been wearing a Buckeye uniform for two years now, so it seems almost like an intentional troll job by the four-letter network.

There was no tie-in to Fields being a former Georgia quarterback to justify the use of the image. The use of that image only adds a little fuel to the Ohio State fans’ fire, which can be frequently frustrated by ESPN’s seemingly consistent shots at the Buckeyes.
The troll game is strong with ESPN, apparently.
