The Baltimore Ravens have been the darling story of the 2019 NFL season to this point. So much so that the Ravens have already clinched the No. 1 seed in the AFC with one game to go in the regular season.
Everyone knows about quarterback Lamar Jackson and how special he’s been this season. With the No. 1 seed in hand, Jackson won’t be playing against the Pittsburgh Steelers in Week 17 to close the regular season.

So, who will step in his place? Most likely Robert Griffin III. After all, we’ve seen Griffin before as a Raven and he is the established backup for Jackson.
But what if Griffin gets hurt? What if the game gets out of hand? What if the Ravens don’t want to eventually risk Griffin’s health either in a game that can be seen as meaningless?
In comes former Penn State QB Trace McSorley:
It's possible Trace McSorley will play at QB in addition to Robert Griffin III on Sunday, per Harbaugh.

McSorley isn’t guaranteed to see action on Sunday. But, it’s certainly possible, as head coach John Harbaugh said.
We’ll be watching, Ravens. So, put McSorley in.
We want to see him in action.
