The accolades continue to roll in for Ohio State quarterback J.T. Barrett
After a stellar performance last Saturday against Penn State, Barrett was named the Maxwell Award winner of the Week. The Buckeyes signal caller led the scarlet and gray past the second-ranked Nittany Lions in a 39-38 come-from-behind victory.

Barrett’s stat line was video game like on Saturday. He completed 33-of-39 for 328 yards and four touchdowns, including the game-winning strike to Marcus Baugh in the final two minutes of the game.
He also rushed for 95 yards in the contest.
Barrett was also named the Davey O’Brien Quarterback of the Week this week as well. And on Monday, the senior quarterback was named the B1G Offensive Player of the Week.
