Jaden Ivey ties Purdue record with brilliant shooting performance vs. Butler

Jaden Ivey was lights-out against Butler, and he tied a 3-point shooting mark of Purdue in the process.
Facing off against the Bulldogs in the Crossroads Classic, Ivey and the Boilermakers drilled Butler with a dominant 77-48 win. For much of the second half, the Boilermakers led by 30 points.
Ivey was the driving force in that victory with a game-high 22 points on 7-for-10 shooting from the field. The big part of Ivey’s night was a brilliant 6-for-6 stroke from 3-point range.
With that performance, Ivey officially tied Dakota Mathias for most 3-point shots attempted without a miss in a single game for Purdue. Mathias set the mark in a 2017 win over Fairfield.
