Jahan Dotson had an incredible showing in his 1st NFL game with the Washington Commanders. He hauled in not 1, but 2 receiving touchdowns.
For his 1st TD, he got separation on a quick route from inside the Jacksonville Jaguars’ 5-yard line.

As expected, he ran off with the football that he caught as it was his 1st-career touchdown as well.

Dotson wasn’t done after scoring his 1st TD. He also helped the Commanders secure the win with a clutch TD late in the 4th quarter. The former Penn State WR found himself in single coverage once again and made the Jaguars pay for it with a 24-yard touchdown.

The Commanders went on to beat the Jaguars 28-22 after going for 2 following Dotson’s 2nd TD. CB Derrick Forest intercepted Trevor Lawrence after he took a deep shot down the field, and sealed the game.
Dotson finished with 40 yards receiving and 2 touchdowns. Washington plays the Detroit Lions next on Sept. 18.
