Penn State coach James Franklin wants to extend Penn State’s ‘White Out’ past Beaver Stadium to all of Happy Valley.
On Oct. 21, the Nittany Lions will have a white out against the Michigan Wolverines. And on that day, Franklin is hoping restaurants, bars, banks, stores, schools and other places in Happy Valley join in on the white out.

It will definitely be interesting to see if Happy Valley does listen to Franklin’s idea and the whole town does a white out.
