Jeff Brohm latest Boilermaker to earn national recognition for huge upset

This win will be remembered for quite some time!
While Ohio State entered Saturday’s game ranked No. 2 in the nation, there’s no denying Purdue was the hungrier team on an emotional night for the Boilermakers. Jeff Brohm’s squad jumped out to a 14-3 halftime lead and never looked back.
In the end, the Boilermakers finished the game with 49 points behind a trio of playmakers in QB David Blough, RB D.J. Knox, and WR Rondale Moore. It was absolutely the performance of the week, and Brohm earned recognition Monday for his team’s big win.
Purdue Football announced that Brohm was named The Dodd Trophy Coach of the Week for the win over the Buckeyes:
