Jeff Pietrowski, a former defensive end at Michigan State, is on the move via transfer. He is staying within the B1G for his next destination.

On Monday, Pietrowski announced a commitment via transfer to Wisconsin. He will join up with new Badger head coach Luke Fickell and DC Mike Tressel for 2023.

Pietrowski was injured for the majority of the 2022 season but had a productive campaign in 2021. He finished with 33 total tackles, 7 tackles for loss, 5.5 sacks and 3 forced fumbles that season.

Pietrowski joined the Spartans during the 2019 recruiting class when Tressel was the DC for Michigan State. Tressel eventually moved to coach safeties during the 2020 season before joining Fickell’s Cincinnati staff in 2021.

Now, the defensive end will rejoin Tressel as a part of the Badgers for the 2023 season.
