Jeshaun Jones has looked like his old self after a season-ending injury cut his year short in 2021. He made a great play to set up a Maryland touchdown in the first half.

Maryland was inside its own 20-yard line and needed a big play. Jones caught a pass from QB Taulia Tagovailoa in stride and took it for 40+ yards down the field.

Jones’ efforts later allowed for Maryland to get inside the Rutgers five-yard line. The Terps simply handed the ball off the reliable RB Roman Hemby for his second score of the day.

A Maryland win today over Rutgers would be a 7-5 finish to the season and HC Mike Locksley’s best regular season record since his first year in 2019.

Stay tuned for more highlight plays from the Rutgers-Maryland game.
