Ji’Ayir Brown and Penn State’s defense is having a field day against Rutgers. After coming up with one defensive touchdown in the first half, the Nittany Lions struck again in the third quarter.
This time, the hit came from Curtis Jacobs. He delivered a sack and broke the ball free from Scarlet Knight QB Gavin Wimsatt.
After Wimsatt fumbled, Brown was right there to pounce on the ball. He rolled 70 yards with nothing but green grass in front of him before celebrating the huge score for Penn State.

After struggling to find their footing a bit in the first quarter, the Nittany Lions have since put the hammer down multiple times. We’ll see how high Penn State is able to push things in Week 12, but James Franklin’s squad is rolling right now.
