For TE Erick All, there were multiple reasons to celebrate this weekend.

The Michigan Wolverines handled business on the field, taking down Colorado State 51-7. The TE had a reception for 22 yards in the blowout.

But, there was a much bigger reason to celebrate off the field, as the TE became a father on gameday. Speaking to the press, Wolverine head coach Jim Harbaugh confirmed the birth.

Michigan head coach Jim Harbaugh said in his postgame press conference that the birth was “the best story” of the day via Andrew Kahn with MLive.com. Despite joking that he didn’t know the baby’s “wingspan,” Harbaugh did say that the baby appeared to be “long and athletic.”

It’s been a big preseason for the senior TE, who was named as a permanent team captain for the 2022-23 season last month. This year, All will look to help the Michigan offense to a 2nd straight B1G title and a 2nd appearance in the College Football Playoff.

Michigan returns to action at the Big House next Saturday against Hawaii, with a new Wolverine cub watching.
