Jim Harbaugh recently wrapped up back-to-back B1G championships and two trips to the College Football Playoff. While things are clicking in Ann Arbor, his stock in NFL circles has never been higher.

According to reports from Monday, Harbaugh would indeed take a job in the NFL if offered. All of that comes after Harbaugh interviewed for the Minnesota Vikings job last year before returning to Michigan.

As of Tuesday, it is being reported that Harbaugh has at least had a conversation with one NFL team regarding its vacancy. According to Will Kunkel with Charlotte Sports Live, Harbaugh had a conversation with Carolina Panthers owner Dave Tepper regarding the vacancy of the Panthers.

Kunkel reports this was not a job interview as the Panthers will hold off on official interviews until after the season is concluded. However, it is noteworthy and could indicate Harbaugh is potentially in line for an interview when the season concludes.

Stay tuned for more on Harbaugh’s dance with the NFL this offseason.
