Jim Harbaugh is back on the sidelines for Michigan, leading the Wolverines into the B1G Championship Game against Iowa after serving a 3-game suspension late in the regular season.
Ahead of kickoff, he met with FOX’s Jenny Taft to discuss the team’s mindset. Overall, Harbaugh said the team has had a “one-track mind” and is ready to rock against the Hawkeyes.
“It’s always just been a one-track mind to get back to this point and to be able to go out and have at it,” said Harbaugh. “Our team is locked in and they’re ready to rock.”
Asked abut Sherrone Moore’s performance, the head coach said he’s always had complete trust in Moore along the way. That’s the ultimate compliment and theme within the Wolverine program this season per Harbaugh, and it’s led to a shot at a championship.
“So proud of him, complete trust in Sherrone. Our players have complete trust in the coaches, our coaches have complete trust in the players. Players have trust in each other,” Harbaugh explained. “There’s no better compliment you can give to another person than to say you trust them. That’s what a real ball team is like. We’re excited to take this ball team out and have a chance at a championship.”
