J.J. McCarthy had an exceptional game against Ohio State, leading the Wolverines to their 1st win in Columbus in over 20 years.
McCarthy finished the game 12-of-24 for 263 yards and 3 TDs. McCarthy also rushed for 27 yards and had a rushing TD.
After the game, McCarthy spoke with Tom Rinaldi of Fox Sports. McCarthy told Rinaldi he dreamed about playing on this field, and “everything about it was magical.”
“I was just trying get back to myself, back to when I was 5 years old, dreaming about playing on this field… and everything about it was magical.”

McCarthy has only eclipsed the 263 yards against Ohio State 1 other time this season, when the QB threw for 304 against Indiana.
The Wolverines remained perfect on the season and will wait to see who they take on in the B1G Championship Game.
