JJ McCarthy highlights Michigan’s positivity heading into The Game

J.J. McCarthy knows that a battle is brewing as Michigan is set to take on Ohio State this Saturday.
The QB is ready for what is coming, telling the press this week “Better to be a warrior in a garden than a gardener in a war.”
To say that The Game carries extra significance is an understatement. One of the only remaining questions in this season is who will compete for the B1G Championship trophy, and that question will be answered this weekend.

Last weekend the Wolverines survived a close call with Illinois to remain a perfect 11-0 on the season. The Buckeyes battled it out with Maryland, coming away with a 43-30 victory to keep their spot atop the B1G East.
Ohio State enters Saturday not only atop the division, but as 7.5-point favorites as well. Michigan will be looking to beat Ohio State for the second year in a row.
The Game kicks off at noon ET on FOX.
