If this photo is any indication, J.K. Dobbins might get more chances as a receiver during his second season with the Baltimore Ravens.
Dobbins was phenomenal as a rookie in 2020. He finished second on the Ravens in rushing but led all running backs with 805 yards and 6.0 yards per carry. Dobbins also led Baltimore with nine rushing touchdowns.
The one area that Dobbins was not utilized a lot was in the passing game. He logged just 18 catches for 120 yards without a score in 2020.
However, the Baltimore Ravens shared an image from OTAs Tuesday that shows Dobbins getting some work in as a pass-catcher. Needless to say, Dobbins can definitely hold his own when it comes to serving as a receiver.
The image shows Dobbins skying high over his defender for the grab while also securing the ball at its highest point and well away from his body. Check it out:

Fans of the Buckeyes are more than used to seeing Dobbins work as a receiver. He logged 71 career catches for 645 yards and nine touchdowns while at Ohio State. Hopefully that is an area that Baltimore uses Dobbins more in his second season.
