Joey Galloway is picking Ohio State to go undefeated in 2019

Anybody can say that they don’t have a bias, but in one way or another, we all have a bias toward something.
Whether it be a team, a person, or anything: We all like what we like. Joey Galloway, an ESPN college football analyst, played college football at Ohio State.
Naturally, we would assume, he likes the Buckeyes. On Thursday, he picked Ohio State to go undefeated in the upcoming college football season, despite Michigan being the odds-on favorite to win the conference.
Does his pick have to deal with him potentially being biased? Maybe. We’ll never know. But, here are a few of his thoughts via 247Sports:
“This is a team that lost one game last year, ended their season in the Rose Bowl beating Washington, so they’re a very good football team,” Galloway said Thursday on ESPN’s College Football Live. “And as you look at their schedule this year, they’ll be favored in every single game. So to be better this year, they’ve got to go undefeated and they should go undefeated through the Big Ten and have a chance to have a conversation about getting into the Playoff. I think they’ll be a better football team this season because they’ll go undefeated.”
Galloway says that Ohio State will be favored in every single game, and, that may not be the case. Again, Michigan is the favorite right now and when the Wolverines play the Buckeyes, they will be at home as well.
Galloway was then asked about why he’s so confident, seeing how good Nebraska and Michigan might be in 2019:
“Why would you think about it? Michigan hasn’t come close in a while,” he said. “I like Nebraska, but I don’t love Nebraska like a lot of people do. I don’t think that is a hurdle for Ohio State. I think the one at the end – the Michigan game at Michigan – will be a game that will be highly contested, but if you’re Ohio State right now you’ve beaten Jim Harbaugh so soundly that you’re not really worried about it.”
