Jordan Stout is looking to land a job with a team during the NFL Draft after flexing his punting and kicking ability during his time at Penn State. Heading into Penn State’s Pro Day, there was just one skill left for teams to check out.
According to Audrey Snyder with The Athletic, NFL teams on hand wanted to see Stout handle the ball as a holder. After Stout’s work at the Senior Bowl and NFL Combine, teams are already well-versed in his leg and kicking ability.
Jordan Stout had teams who wanted to see him hold so that’s all he did today. No need to kick and punt more at this point after the Senior Bowl and Combine.
Also important, he said his day started with two pre-game, jelly-filled donuts. “The only option for holding,” Stout said.

Stout’s work at the Senior Bowl included a 75-yard punt. He averaged 46 yards per punt and was deadly at pinning opponents inside their 20-yard line while also covering 16-for-23 on field-goal attempts during the 2021 season.
For those wondering, Stout did not throw for NFL scouts, but he did complete an 18-yard pass during the season on a fake punt. We will have to wait and see if he comes off the board during the NFL Draft to begin his career.
