Josh Proctor feels like he is back to his normal playing shape for Ohio State since suffering a broken leg in Week 2 of the 2021 season after the Week 4 game against Wisconsin. Proctor said this to Eleven Warriors’ Griffin Strom.

He accounted for 6 total tackles, 5 solo tackles, and a pass breakup in the 52-21 home win over Wisconsin in Week 4. Proctor has accumulated 9 total tackles, 8 solo tackles, and a pass breakup in his 3 games this season.

Proctor is playing his first season since his leg injury in Week 2 last season against the Oregon Ducks. He indicated he felt more comfortable about this game than in the previous games this season.

This was the second full game that he played this season, two weeks after the Week 2 game versus Arkansas State.

Proctor is a leader on the Ohio State defense and the team is lucky to have him back, as he could have gone to the NFL Draft after his injury. Proctor has appeared in 32 games as a Buckeye.
