Penn State has lost a commitment from an offensive lineman in the 2023 recruiting class.

The player is Joshua Miller, a 6-foot-7 and 320 lb. IOL out of Colonial Heights, Virginia. Miller is a 3-star prospect and is rated as the No. 10 player out of Virginia for the class of 2023.

On Monday, Miller flipped his commitment to the defending national champions:

“I want to thank Penn State and the fans for taking a chance on me, supporting me, and loving me,” Miller wrote via Twitter. “This wasn’t an easy decision to make. However, after sitting down with family, other role models, and listening to my heart…I want to take my recruitment to another level. With that being said, I will be flipping my commitment to the University of Georgia!”

Losing any commitment is tough, but Penn State stands in a good position for now. The Nittany Lions still hold the No. 5 recruiting class nationally for 2023 with 3 offensive linemen in that group.
