The Buckeye defender won the B1G Defensive Player of the Week and the Bednarik Award Player of the Week for his performance in Week 9 against Penn State.

Tuimoloau’s 2 picks made him 2nd on the team in interceptions. Tuimoloau is also 3rd in tackles for loss and 3rd in sacks for the Buckeyes.

The Buckeyes are currently trailing 7-0 midway through the 1st quarter at Northwestern. The short-handed Buckeye offense will need another strong defensive performance to remain perfect.
