Juice Scruggs revealed that he will enter the 2023 NFL Draft and will play in the Rose Bowl in January.

The announcement was posted on Scruggs’ Twitter on Friday night. He outlined his plans to move on from Penn State at the conclusion of the season.

“Penn State, thank you for accepting me as a young 18-year-old kid with open arms. We have stuck as a family through the ups and downs, and I am forever grateful to be a Nittany Lion. Penn State has given me an amazing education, which I am beyond blessed to have. Thank you, Coach Franklin, Coach Trautwein, and the entire coaching staff. To my brothers, the relationships and the bonds we built in the locker room are forever Thank you for choosing me as your captain. It was truly an honor. With that being said, I will be declaring for the 2023 NFL Draft. I will also finish what we started and play in the Rose Bowl.”

Scruggs, an offensive lineman, has been with the program since 2018. His last game will be against Utah in the Rose Bowl. He will be shifting his attention towards the NFL Draft in April.

Penn State and Utah will play in the Rose Bowl on Monday, Jan. 2 at 5 p.m. ET.
