Kadyn Proctor, Iowa OL commit, receives official 5th star from 247 Sports

Kadyn Proctor is one of the best players in the class of 2023. The top prospect out of Iowa committed to the Hawkeyes at the end of June.
On Monday, Proctor received his official 5-star rating from 247 Sports. Already considered a 5-star on the composite rankings, Proctor was upgraded by the publication ahead of his senior season.
Here is the analysis of Proctor:
“Good natural athlete. Shows explosiveness off the ball, twitch and quickness for a big man. Gets out of his stance quickly in pass protection. Has strength and a powerful punch. Can run and get out in front of plays to make blocks in space. Shows few glaring weaknesses, but can still tweak technique and steadily improve on testing numbers.”
According to the 247 Sports Composite Rankings, Proctor is the No. 10 prospect nationally regardless of position. Proctor is also considered the No. 2 offensive tackle prospect for the cycle and is the player currently headlining Iowa’s 2023 recruiting class.
