Kaleb Johnson had his best run of the season just after halftime for the Iowa Hawkeyes.

Johnson broke away for a 75-yard score on the Hawkeyes’ 1st drive out of halftime. Johnson went untouched after getting past the line of scrimmage and out-raced the Purdue defense to the end zone.

The score put the Hawkeyes up 24-3 early in the 3rd. The 75-yard scamper gave Johnson 168 yards on the day.

Johnson’s TD was his 4th of the 2022 season. For most of the season, Johnson has been splitting carries with Leshon Williams. In Week 10, Johnson has been the workhorse, with 13 carries as of the 3rd quarter.

The Hawkeyes are hoping to get above .500 overall and back to .500 in B1G play.
