Kenneth Walker III saved one of his best performances for last as he helped pushed his Seattle Seahawks to a 19-16 home win over the Los Angeles Rams in Week 18. Walker rushed for 114 yards on 29 carries as he was named the NFL’s Week 18 Ground Player of the Week.

His performance over the Rams helped get the Seahawks the win and kept his team remaining in the hunt for the NFL playoffs.

Walker accounted for his 3rd consecutive 100-yard rushing yard performance and his fifth in the 2022 NFL season. He finished the season rushing for 1,050 yards and 9 touchdowns on 228 carries. He also caught 27 receptions for 165 yards.

Walker was named the NFL’s Offensive Rookie of the Month for October as well, rushing for 432 yards and 5 touchdowns on 78 carries.

The future of the Seahawks’ offense is bright as they have a young high-power running back in Walker. Seattle faces the San Francisco 49ers in the Wild Card round of the playoffs Saturday at 4:30 p.m. ET on FOX.
