Keyshawn Blackstock is heading to East Lansing. The 6-foot-5, 315-pound interior offensive lineman is the top rated junior college prospect at his position by the 247 Sports Composite.

Blackstock spent the 2022 season at Coffeyville Community College in Kansas. He is originally from Covington, GA. His signing is a big catch for head coach Mel Tucker and the Spartans.

Blackstock also held offers from a number of Power 5 programs and from Indiana, Maryland, Nebraska, Penn State, and Illinois around the B1G. Blackstock will try to step in and make an immediate impact for the Spartans.

With all of those schools offering, this is a clear win for the Spartans. Michigan State took a step back with a 5-7 season after going 11-2 the year prior. Blackstock will look to make an instant impact in the green and white.
