Minnesota (5-6) will be fighting for bowl eligibility while No. 5 Wisconsin (11-0) is hoping to keep its perfect season alive and work its way into the College Football Playoff discussion. Paul Bunyan’s Axe will also be on the line in Minneapolis.
The Badgers have won 13-straight games over the Gophers, winning every head-to-head since 2003. Last year, Wisconsin overcame a second half deficit to post a 31-17 win over Minnesota and claim the West title.
Wisconsin is coming off a 24-10 victory over Michigan in its home finale in Camp Randall Stadium. The Gophers were clobbered by Northwestern 39-0 in Evanston.
