Kirk Herbstreit released his top performing coaches of Week 4 on Twitter Monday afternoon and included a B1G coach.

At No. 1, Herbstreit had Kansas State’s Chris Klieman. He led the Wildcats to a big upset of top-10 Oklahoma on Saturday.

At No. 2, Herbstreit included Notre Dame offensive coordinator Tommy Rees. The Fighting Irish defeated North Carolina after a shaky start to the season, putting up 45 points on their way.

Minnesota’s PJ Fleck came in at No. 3 on Herbstreit’s list after the Golden Gopher’s 34-7 beat down of Michigan State. Fleck has led Minnesota to a 4-0 start on the season.

At No. 4 was Lance Leipold of Kansas. The Jayhawks defeated Duke on Saturday to remain perfect on the season and garnish even more hype.

Tennessee head coach Josh Heupel was No. 5 on Herbstreit’s list after the Vols defeated rival Florida on their way to a 4-0 start and their first top-10 ranking since 2016.

Oregon head coach Dan Lanning came in at No. 6 after Oregon picked up a big win over Washington State, and James Madison’s Curt Cignetti rounded out the list.
