Kyle McCord and Ohio State’s offense are hitting the field for the first time since a dramatic win over Notre Dame. While the Buckeyes won that last game before a bye week, the offense was far from sharp, and it has carried into Week 6.

Facing Maryland, the Buckeyes opened outmatched in nearly every facet of the game and were trailing 10-0 into the second quarter. A pick-6 by Josh Proctor allowed Ohio State to get on the board, but it hasn’t changed the struggles on the offensive side of the ball.

The rushing attack by Ohio State has been bottled up without TreVeyon Henderson in the lineup, but McCord’s struggles have been the major storyline. The QB has looked rattled while scrambling out of the pocket too soon or looking for his check-down valve early in plays.

As a result, McCord is just 6-for-13 passing the ball with 49 yards, and 4 of those completions have gone to Marvin Harrison Jr. The running game is also a problem right now as the Buckeyes have just 21 yards on the ground.

Needless to say, McCord and the offense have not looked sharp after the performance against Notre Dame, and it’s starting to produce some major concerns from fans on social media. Take a look:
