LeBron James has never hidden the fact that he’s a huge supporter of Ohio State football. His fandom has become somewhat of a spectacle over the last few years.
For the Buckeyes’ game against Michigan last November, James was on the field with several of his Cavaliers teammates, celebrating a thrilling overtime victory. And after yesterday’s big-time win over No. 2 Penn State in Columbus, James expressed his excitement once again.
On Sunday morning, James sent out a tweet about Ohio State’s victory over the Nittany Lions, calling it a “Big Time W.”
Waking up this morning screaming 🗣#OH #IO!!!! @OhioStateFB Big Time W #StriveForGreatness🚀

James might’ve seen some of the game, but probably missed the fireworks in the fourth quarter. The Cavaliers were in New Orleans for a game against the Pelicans Saturday night.
The win might be even more special for James, as the Buckeyes were sporting all-red cleats that were specially designed by James. So, you could say that he had a bit of a hand in Saturday’s performance.
Ohio State improved to 7-1 on the season and remains undefeated in the B1G. The Buckeyes are now the favorite to win the East and punch a ticket to Indianapolis for the conference title game.
