Lincoln high school renames football field after parents of Nebraska head coach Scott Frost

A high school in Lincoln, Nebraska has honored Larry and Carol Frost, the parents of Nebraska head coach Scott Frost, in an awesome way.
Parkview Christian School has renamed its football field Larry & Carol Frost Field to honor the couple, who coached sports at the school. They had stops at nine different schools throughout their lifetime and Parkview Christian was the last.
The honor comes just a few days after Larry passed away at the age of 73.

Larry was a member of the Huskers football team from 1966-69. He was also a very successful high school football coach, compiling an all-time record of 180-52-3.
According to a report from the Omaha World-Herald, Larry had been battling health issues for the past few years, but continued to make trips to Memorial Stadium in Lincoln to watch Scott’s Huskers teams. Scott took over as the head coach of Nebraska prior to the 2018 season.
