Location set for 2025 College Football Playoff Title, per report

The College Football Playoff National Championship game will return to Atlanta very soon, per the Atlanta Journal Constitution.
Mercedes Benz Stadium is set to host the 2025 National Title game following the 2024 regular season. Atlanta was host to the 2018 National Championship game between Alabama and Georgia, an all-timer that saw the Crimson Tide come out on top, 26-23.

Mercedes Benz Stadium replaces Las Vegas after a scheduling conflict and an Atlanta group pushed to negotiate moving the game to Atlanta. An official report is expected on the matter on Tuesday.
The Chick Fil-A Peach Bowl semifinal is also set to reside in Atlanta in 2022 and 2025.
