The bowl season has officially begun.

December 15 marks the first day of bowl games taking place across the country. For the Big Ten, the conference won’t see bowl action until Dec. 26, but regardless, football is on.

People will watch.

Because of this, ESPN wanted to make it known to everyone that bowl season is here. This is what the company put out on Twitter to get people hyped up:

We know where your eyes went to first: Ohio State coach Urban Meyer.

It will be Meyer’s last day as head coach of the Buckeyes on Jan. 1 when Ohio State takes on Washington in the Rose Bowl. That doesn’t mean we have to use a horrific photo of him to promote what’s to come.

Probably not the best choice of a photo, ESPN.
