Maryland will be honoring its past with gold helmets and jerseys with black pants.
The special uniforms the Terrapins will be wearing this weekend are designed to celebrate the 125th anniversary of the football program’s existence. They went winless in that inaugural season.
I’m generally a fan of throwbacks but these are just….no. Chalk this up as a L for Maryland already.
