It’s been dubbed the “War Before the Shore” in Piscataway, and it looks like fans are already enjoying themselves.

Rutgers athletic director Pat Hobbs wanted to provide fans with a  festive evening on Friday night, so the athletic department worked on getting carnival games, speed boats, live music and even a hot tub to High Point Solutions Stadium.

The goal? Have fans stop fill up the stadium for Rutgers’ season opener against Washington. While it may not be a packed house, it appears that the fans in attendance are thoroughly enjoying their time, especially in the hot tub.

Even if the Scarlet Knights don’t pull of the upset, there aren’t many people who can say they watched a live football game from a hot tub.
