Home field advantage.

The fans are back in the stands after a season with empty stadiums, and the noise made by a home crowd can make a difference between a win and a loss depending upon the situation.

The B1G is home to some of the biggest crowds in college football. From Ann Arbor to Columbus, to Iowa City and Madison, the stadium crowds can work up a frenzy that can cause even the best of opponents to wish they were home.

So that brings up the question. Which B1G stadium is the loudest? The B1G Network posed the question, where is the loudest atmosphere in the B1G?

At least according to Penn State wide receiver Jahan Dotson, the answer is Kinnick Stadium in Iowa City. The Nittany Lions found that out the hard way last month when they left Iowa City with a 23-20 defeat at the hands of the Hawkeyes.
