No. 2 and No. 3 battled in Columbus last week.
No. 6 and No. 7 battled in Indianapolis this week.
One was a B1G Championship, and one was not. But if you ask Michigan offensive lineman Erik Magnuson, the B1G title was decided at Ohio State:

Magnuson obviously isn’t pleased with the fact that the Lions and Badgers — both teams that Michigan beat — are playing in Indianapolis and Michigan isn’t.
Ohio State, many feel, earned a spot in the College Football Playoff with that win. Michigan was still believed to have an outside chance at the playoff heading into the weekend, but it would take a Clemson loss tonight for that conversation to even begin.
Will the Lions or Badgers show the selection committee enough in the second half? That remains to be seen.
Thankfully for both teams, Magnuson isn’t on the selection committee.
