No. 18 Iowa is having a great opening day against No. 17 Indiana.

Running back Tyler Goodson is also having a great day for the Hawkeyes as he has 14 carries for 94 yards and a 56 yard run for a touchdown, and oh, this insane hurdle.

In two years with the Hawkeyes, Goodson has 277 carries for 1,400 yards on 5.1 yards per carry and 12 touchdowns. In the passing game, Goodson has 39 receptions for 318 yards and 8.2 yards per reception.

The Hawkeyes are hoping to capitalize on the momentum of last season, where after starting 0-2 rattled of 6 straight wins to end the season. Iowa’s bowl game, the Music City Bowl against the Missouri Tigers, was canceled due to COVID-19.

Iowa is in control of Indiana at the start of the 4th quarter with a huge lead, thanks to a pair of pick-sixes. The defense has kept Michael Penix Jr. off balance all game long.

Next up for the Hawkeyes is in-state rival No.7 Iowa State in Ames.
