Marvin Harrison Jr. took a nasty-looking hit when he was falling to the ground and ran his helmet into the thigh of a Green Bay Packers’ defender Sunday. The contact appeared to send his head backwards at an odd angle.

The Arizona Cardinals’ receiver attempted to stand up following the hit but stumbled and fell back to the ground. Harrison received attention from trainers and was helped off of the field and into a medical tent.

The former Ohio State receiver was announced to be in concussion protocols and has been ruled out for the remainder of the team’s game against the Packers by the organization.

The Packers currently lead the Cardinals 31-13 at the end of the third quarter. Harrison had not recorded a catch before being hurt and had been targeted two times in the game.
