The college basketball season is almost ready to get underway amidst questions about sustainability during COVID-19. Maryland basketball coach Mark Turgeon is preparing his team for the B1G slate while also recognizing that this unprecedented season will be fluid and a work in progress.

Turgeon told the media that it’s unrealistic to expect things to go absolutely smooth in the middle of a pandemic.

Maryland fans and fans across the nation are crossing their fingers that March Madness won’t get cancelled again.

Maryland is coming off a season in which they finished 24-7 overall and second in the B1G with a 14-6 record.

Maryland begins the season on Nov. 25 with a home contest against Old Dominion.
