Maryland is having a strong day on the recruiting trail.
The Terps picked up their 2nd commitment of the day from 3-star offensive line prospect Michael McMonigle on Sunday. McMonigle follows athlete Josiah Mclaurin, who committed to Maryland on Sunday morning.

McMonigle committed following his official visit to Maryland earlier this month. The Pennsylvania native first received an offer from Maryland back on June 3. He also has offers from programs such as Iowa State and Syracuse.
He’s the No. 127 offensive tackle prospect in the country for the class of 2024, according to 247Sports rankings. He’s also the No. 42 prospect from the state of Pennsylvania.
Maryland is now up to 9 commits in the class of 2024. McMonigle is the 3rd offensive lineman to join the class so far. The group ranks No. 71 in the country, according to 247Sports Composite rankings.
