Maryland and Rutgers are both fighting for bowl eligibility Saturday afternoon in their rivalry game. Maryland has gotten off to a hot start in the rivalry game.

The Terrapins have scored 2 early touchdowns.  QB Taulia Tagovailoa has thrown for both scores.

Tagovailoa found TE Corey Dyches on the 6-yard line on the first score, and Dyches walked into the end zone for the first score of the game.

Tagovailoa found WR Brian Cobbs for a touchdown on the second score, but the extra point was blocked and returned for 2 points.

Maryland, on offense, is getting everything they want right now. This will be a fun game to watch as the losers’ season is over and the winner gets a bowl game.
