Mekhai White is still considering a trio of Big Ten programs.

White, a 3-star receiver from Virginia, announced his full top 8 list on Wednesday. Michigan, Penn State and Maryland made the cut out of the Big Ten. He’s also still considering Tennessee, Arkansas, LSU, Virginia Tech and Oklahoma.

Here’s his announcement:

White is emerging as a top target in the class of 2024. He’s currently ranked as the No. 530 overall player and the No. 49 athlete in the country, per 247Sports Composite rankings. He’s also the No. 10 player from Virginia.

However, White’s recruiting ranking is likely to rise in the coming weeks as he has amassed an impressive offer sheet in recent months. Michigan, Miami, Oklahoma and Texas A&M are amongst the programs to offer White since the beginning of the year.

He attends King George High School in King George, Virginia. White is listed at 6-foot-3, 185 pounds.

Michigan is currently the favorite to land White’s commitment, according to a pair of 247Sports Crystal Ball projections.
