Mangham collided with Ohio State running back TreVeyon Henderson after a tackle. After being carted off the field during the game, Mangham was then sent to the hospital.
Tucker, after the Ohio State game on Saturday, mentioned more of Mangham’s injury.
“On a positive note, Jaden Mangham – he was in the locker room with us just now with his teammates,” Tucker said following Ohio State loss via SI.com. “Obviously, he went to the hospital, they ran some tests, he was in good shape, so he came back. So, that was a positive.”
Mangham was discharged before the end of the Ohio State game and met up with the team on the sidelines.
Although there is no word on when Mangham will be able to play next, coach Tucker’s update should provide some reassurance for the Spartan fanbase.
