Ohio State continues to produce draft picks at an incredible rate.
Late in the fourth round, the Cincinnati Bengals selected Michael Jordan with the 136th pick. The former Buckeyes center became the seventh OSU player to be picked in the 2019 NFL Draft.
At 6-foot-7, 312 pounds, Jordan brings a massive frame to the offensive line. He also has a tremendous amount of experience, starting in all 41 games from 2016 through 2018. He was named a second-team All-B1G selection following the 2018 season.
Playing at both the center and guard position along the offensive line, NFL teams like his versatility and ability to play multiple positions. His big frame and flexibility is also appealing among the scouts.
Jordan is the first offensive lineman out of Ohio State taken in the 2019 NFL Draft. Buckeye fans won’t have to drive far to see the former Buckeye in action at the professional level, either.
