Michael Thomas has etched his name into the NFL record books!

The former Ohio State wide receiver and star for the New Orleans Saints is having a remarkable season. He already had eight games with 10+ receptions and 133 total catches heading into Sunday’s game against the Tennessee Titans.

Thomas kept things rolling with another monster performance, putting up 12 catches for 136 yards and a late touchdown. That puts his total up to 145 on the season, eclipsing Marvin Harrison’s single-season record for receptions of 143.

Thomas’ record-breaking catch came on one particularly impressive route. He ran a tight pattern at the line of scrimmage and broke free of his man in the process:

This season marks a third straight for Thomas with more than 100 receptions. He finished his Ohio State career in 2015 with 113 catches for 1,602 yards and 18 touchdowns.
