Michael Thomas missed all of last season with an injury. It seems he will make his return Week 1 for the New Orleans Saints versus the Atlanta Falcons.

NFL insider Ian Rapoport reported the news early Sunday morning.

Thomas, as stated above, was listed as questionable but is primed for a comeback year for the Saints, who will see Jameis Winston as their starting quarterback Week 1.

He was one of the better receivers in the league before a hamstring injury tripped him up. He’s been having a strong fall camp for the Saints and will likely make a huge impact alongside rookie receiver Drake London.

Thomas hasn’t played an NFL game since January of 2021 against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in the playoffs.
