Michigan pulled off an impressive National Signing Day flip on Wednesday afternoon.
The Wolverines picked up a commitment from former Stanford commit Cameron Brandt. He’s a defensive lineman who had been committed to the Cardinal since July.
However, an official visit to Ann Arbor in January was evidently enough to sway his commitment. He’s officially signed with the Wolverines:

Brandt is the No. 453 overall player in the country, per 247Sports Composite rankings. He’s also the No. 51 defensive lineman and the No. 35 player from the state of California.
He’s listed at 6-foot-4, 260 pounds. Brandt attends Sierra Canyon High School in Chatsworth, California. Brandt also received offers from programs like Washington, Nebraska and UCLA during his recruitment.
Michigan is up to 24 commitments in the class of 2023. The Wolverines’ class ranks No. 18 nationally, per 247Sports Composite rankings.
