Donovan Edwards, Luke Schoonmaker, Mike Morris, and Trevor Keegan were all questionable heading into the matchup with Ohio State. They all got their statuses confirmed for The Game.
Edwards, Schoonmaker, Morris, and Keegan are all expected to be playing.
Edwards has been a great complimentary option to Blake Corum this season. Edwards has 471 yards rushing with 6 total touchdowns and has appeared in eight games for the Wolverines on the year.
Schoonmaker has had to man the TE room in Ann Arbor after Erick All went down with season-ending injury. Morris has been a force coming off the edge with 20 total tackles, 11 tackles for loss, and 7.5 sacks. Keegan is making his return after playing in eight games for Michigan on the offensive line this year.
It looks like the Michigan backfield might be at full strength for The Game. Blake Corum is expected to play after leaving the Illinois game in Week 12.
Both sides won’t need much motivation to come back from injury to play in this clash of titans.
